1. Refund & Return Policy
Returns
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Certain items cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons (for example, earbuds, personal-care and grooming items, and intimate apparel) unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to start a return
Email us at support@hastero.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will review your request and, if approved, send you the return address and step-by-step instructions. Please do not send items back before receiving confirmation — returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.
Return shipping
- If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement or full refund.
- For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend a trackable service, as we can't guarantee we'll receive un-tracked returns.
There is no restocking fee.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
Please inspect your order on delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us at support@hastero.com within 48 hours with photos, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Order cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase, before they enter processing. After that, the order may already be in fulfillment and can't be cancelled — you can still return it once it arrives under the terms above.

2. Shipping Policy
Order processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, weather, or high-demand periods. Because some items ship directly from our fulfillment partners, an order with multiple items may arrive in separate packages.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 3–5 business days for tracking information to update after you receive it.
Delays
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us at support@hastero.comand we'll investigate with the carrier right away.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, but we'll do our best to help reroute where possible.
Lost or stuck packages
If tracking shows your package as lost in transit or stuck for an extended period, reach out to support@hastero.com and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud or an unauthorized transaction, or where a product was listed at an incorrect price. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.
Payments
All payments are processed securely through Shopify's PCI-compliant checkout. We do not store your full payment card details.
Limitation of liability
In no event shall Hastero, our directors, employees, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any products purchased. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
Changes to terms
We reserve the right to update or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to this page. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of [Your State].
